«ELECTRIC POWER. Transmission and Distribution» is going to present a special English issue devoted to the 4th INT’L SMART GRID EXPO –2014, its purpose is to arrange experience exchange between Russian grid companies, developers, manufacturers and foreign colleagues in the field of smart grid. It will be distributed in all information booths located in the exhibition center and the exhibition booth of the magazine. The circulation is 5 000 copies.

4th INT’L SMART GRID EXPO in the frames of World Energy Smart Week will be held on February 26–28, 2014 in Tokyo (Japan). More than 2000 exponents from above 100 countries are expected to take part in 4th INT’L SMART GRID EXPO. The total number of exhibition guests will exceed 75 thousand. Today «ELECTRIC POWER. Transmission and distribution» is the only Russian edition that has become the official media partner of the event.

Within the World Smart Energy Week there 5 concurrent events that present technologies, equipment and services, Russian Energy Agency of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation together with the «ELECTRIC POWER. Transmission and distribution» and Research Institute of Nomura, Japanese Business Association for Smart Energy JASE WOLRDWIDE plan to organize a Russian-Japanese round table “Dialog to find issues for cooperation in the field of smart energy and smart municipal infrastructure”. Among anticipating participants are National Agency of natural resources and energy of Japan (ANRE), Japanese bank of international cooperation (JBIC), Japanese foreign trade organization (JETRO), Institute of energy economy (IEEJ), Energy saving center (ECCJ).
